1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PicStow ("the app"), an Android mobile application developed by Priyanshu Maurya (package: com.priyanshumaurya.picstow), and its companion website (https://picstow.app).

By downloading, installing, or using PicStow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Google Account Integration & Authentication

PicStow connects to your Google accounts using official Google Identity Services and OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own Google accounts.
• PicStow does not collect, view, or store your Google account passwords.
• You may link and unlink multiple Google accounts (up to 4 accounts) within the application at your discretion.

3. Google Drive Storage & Fair Use

PicStow is a client-side management utility that pools and organizes storage across your connected Google Drive accounts:

• Storage Quotas: Storage capacity is subject to the individual quotas allocated by Google to each of your connected accounts (e.g. 15 GB free per account).
• No Subscription Fees: PicStow does not charge recurring subscription fees for utilizing your personal Google Drive storage.
• Third-Party Terms: Your storage, bandwidth, and data retention on Google Drive remain subject to Google's Terms of Service.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership, copyright, and title to all photos, videos, and media you manage through PicStow.

PicStow does not claim any ownership, advertising, or licensing rights over your media files. Media is transmitted directly between your Android device and your personal Google Drive account.

5. Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use PicStow in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the application to upload, store, or distribute illegal content, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or material that infringes third-party copyrights.
• Upload malware, spyware, virus payloads, or malicious scripts.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt Google API services or the application.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

PicStow is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we make every effort to provide reliable cloud synchronization, the developer shall not be liable for any data loss, file corruption, device incompatibility, or interruption in third-party Google Drive services.

7. Account Disconnection & Termination

You may stop using PicStow at any time by uninstalling the application and disconnecting your Google accounts from within the app settings or via your Google Account Security Settings. All files stored in your Google Drive will remain intact in your personal Google Drive.
